Taking dining to new heights, Altitude Restaurant, Sydney, the restaurant at the top of Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney is set to become the latest dining hot spot. Guests dining at Altitude Restaurant will be whisked to their destination in a dedicated ‘express’ lift from the ground floor to level 36. With five metre high floor to ceiling windows, a hexagonal glassed-in private dining area suitable for up to 12 guests, and floor elevations styled in a manner to complement the sweeping views of Sydney. The cuisine; modern Australian inspired by European influences. Also presenting an extensive boutique wine list.
