Fedele's Pizza Restaurant

I have been a regular diner since day one, I have held many a special occasion here from my daughters 21st birthday, my wedding anniversary and my grand daughters holy communion and Anthony and his team are always reliable and always willing to go that extra yard to accommodate our every need. The food is as authentic as you will get outside of Italy and I know this as I have traveled around Italy on numerous occasions.
The previous comment has me baffled and the person who submitted it is obviously to gutless to put a name to the comment. You obviously have no understanding on the restauarnt industry and the challenges of keeping everyone happy on days such as mothers day. I was present at Fedele's on Mothers day and my wife and my family had a most enjoyable experience and I guess you just don't know what you missed out on Mrs Anonymous!
To Anthony and his team, keep up the GREAT work and let's hope Fedele's is a key landmark on the East Ryde map for many, many years to come!

This was a HUGE disappointment to us on Mother's Day 2008. On arrival we were told "Our 12.30 booking has only just arrived and we couldn't reach you on your mobile. They have your table inside.Are you happy to sit outside?" At 2.40 pm there aren't a lot of options for Mother's Day lunch!The outdoor table was cold and dirty with empty cans and the two tables that had to be joined to accomodate us were gathered around an outdoor heater and we could not all fit together comfortably.It is obvious that this place can not handle a full house - they kept using the "it's been very busy" excuse to justify their inability to accomodate us within the restuarant - but it was obvious that they don't care about customer service. No matter what others have told you about this place DO NOT trust them to have the booking that you make for a special occassion available - they are not reliable nor able to handle more than a few customers at a time - maybe the takeaway pizza is about all they are good for if the locals are to be believed!- This guy wouldn't last 5 minutes with Gordon Ramsay!
