A word from The Journeyman

The Journeyman is a contemporary a la carte restaurant with the most creative menu in the Southern Highlands. (e-mail pratt@hinet.net.au for a copy of the current menu list) It also has the best wine list of any NSW regional restaurant and a lounge bar which is licensed to serve drinks without dining. The restaurant is situated in new purpose-built premises on the corner of Boolwey Street and Argyle Lane. Owner/chef Tim Pratt opened the Journeyman in 1997 at Berrima, and moved it to Bowral at the end of 2008. In both 2007 & 2008 the SMH Good Food Guide awarded a Chef's Hat to the Journeyman at Berrima. Our aim is to take the restaurant to an even higher level at Bowral.
