Appellation

An incredible experience. Just approaching the Pepper's property you get a sense of the evening to come. It is very quiet and refined and you get to absorb the atmosphere without being distracted by other patrons or too much staff activity.

The food is beautiful, you pay for the pleasure no doubt, but you don't leave with a feeling of it being excessively expensive. If you wanted to have a celebratory evening with lots of drinks you may find yourself washing their dishes for the next month as that part of the bill comes out of left field if you don't actively monitor it. Not a good idea to get overly enthusiastic about Barossa wine during the day and try and continue on over dinner.

Overall it was a fantastic experience and I really look forward to returning there, hopefully sooner than later.
