New owners have done a great job. Great organic local produce used to make delish vegan eats. Raw food, great drinks, take away available, yum chocs, raw bars, cakes oh god the cakes.... nomnomnom Grab a date shake, trust me.

Bliss has a very comfy, rustic feel to it. You could easily hang out here for a while. I am a carnivore that sways to vegetarianism on occasions but rarely venture into vegan territory. I was intrigued by the scrambled tofu so decided to give it a go. It came out looking like scrambled eggs and had a similar texture so I guess if you're a vegan it's as close as you're going to get. They were tastier than expected. I was hoping that the side order of baked beans would be homemade however, they didn't appear to be which was a bit disappointing. The soy milk in the coffee was also a new experience. The lunch and dinner menu looks good and I'd be keen to return and try a burger or a curry.

Bliss is a cute, kitschy little cafe with a nice cosy atmosphere. Menu offerings don't give much choice (many are variations on the same thing) and tend to lack originality, but the food is simple and tasty. If you order a burger, get extra sauce with it- otherwise they tend to be much too dry (and they will charge you for the extra sauce, but it's worth it), even for someone like myself, who doesn't like things swimming in sauce. It's nothing special, but for clean, organic food, Bliss is a nice option.
