often go there and have yet to be disappointed with the pretty basic but nice food, yummy desserts, reasonable prices, staff so so but last visit- while I was in labour with my third child- we were joined at our table by a drunk man who wouldn't go away and the staff continued to serve alcohol to, even though he clearly had no food ordered and was moving from table to table harrassing others, he wasn't offensive, just annoying but the fact the staff kept serving him was deplorable
Fabulous food in a good location, a little noisy inside the cafe but perfect for outdoor dining on balmy evenings.
Good prices, and I've never had a bad meal here. When I think "Calzone" I always think of Cafe Bravo.
Go there often, all the pasta dishes I've ever had have been great and quite the generous serves. Also do good foccacias/rolls etc. and I love their hot chocolates. Only thing I've had from there that I didn't enjoy was chips and gravy (the gravy was runny and a bit tasteless). Relaxing to sit outside on a nice day and watch the shoppers go by. All in all a good place to eat!
No matter how busy the staff will let me 'customise' my meal without charging me extra for the changes. I will go back again.
overall it's a nice place to eat. Can get very noisy inside. Service is sometimes not up to scratch but the food is quite nice- The pizzas are amazing!
Never had a bad meal after many visits. Prices are justified. Ambience is the same as any cafe on The Parade. The staff act like they just don't give a ****. The bar staff should probably check that "clean" glasses don't have lipstick marks on them when handing them to customers.
Food good, coffee average. Visit spoiled by the miserable attitude of the owner. Should stay in the back room & leave the hospitality side to his staff.
A most unappetising meal on the special board tonight wed oct 21st. Veal with vegetables and a most acrid sauce which tasted like someone had upended the worstershire sauce bottle over the whole dish just before it reached the table. THe bad taste stayed with me. I was hungry so ate it as fuel but regretted the decision. I have previously eaten well there so cooks if you are reading this. please don't persist with this dish.
Waited 45mins for our food and ended up with a waaayy toooo salty garlic shrimp. I dont think the chef tasted the food before it was served. It is as if a whole bottle of salt shaker was poured on it. Never again Cafe Bravo.
extremely disappointed with the food @ 4 pm Monday 24th July 2017 - spaghetti was served cold - more al rubber\'e than al dente - taste was so bland that it puts a whole new meaning on the word bland - seriously the dish was extremely poor and reflects on the poor standard of the cafe - I would only recommend the cafe to my worst enemies
This is one of the worst places to eat in Adelaide. I oredered traditional bacon and eggs, but everything seemed deep fried. I couldn't even drink the coffee. The owner could smile more and lead by example.
