This restaurant is for a special night out. We went for the 8 course degustation with matching wines and it was great. You need an open mind as it is a set menu, but the food was skillfully prepared and I ate ingredients that I would normally not eat. The restaurant is open to the hotel bar and the Brasserie restaurant which was a bit off putting at the start with the background hum of conversation, but once the band started in the bar it was quite pleasant. All the staff were extremely knowledgeable about the wine and the food.
