Had a quality meal being the penne Milano, the other meal was the warm chicken salad. Both were brilliant in flavour and presentation. Had a bottle of the Barking Mad Shiraz and that was the perfect finish.

Food and service is great. We used the entertainment voucher which made it a cheap night out. The pasta was beautiful and I'm told the risotto was wicked too.

I have been to Mondiali many times as it is close and cheap. I usually enjoy the food, but the last time me and my friend went, both of us were disappointed with our meals. The service is okay, some of the waitresses are very nice. It is very inexpensive, which is great, and my kids like the place too, always getting asking for the gelati! I do like this cafe/restaurant, but I have had a few bad meals before.

I have been coming to Mondiali Cafe for years and years. They make the best pasta, risotto and calzone around. My husband loves the Penne Vodka and odrders it every single time! I am a fan of the Vege Calzone. As for a childrens play area, I don't think that that is needed. Go to a pub like the Torrens Arms where they have playstations for the kids.

Been LOVING the Penne Mondiali for YEARS AND YEARS. however had a long break from eating there and went back to discover the size of the take away pasta had halved. very disappointing. the old size used to feed me for 2 days! now its just a single serve.

I stopped at Mondiali for a quick lunch & ordered dips, wedges & a small margarita pizza. The dips (tzatziki and roast capsicum) were great, but the margarita pizza was underseasoned. The food was well priced & service was spot on for a cafe.

We eat here once a week, the food is always good, always reliable and the service not bad. Would like to see an area to let the children run around in & stay safe & out of other diners way though,

We love the food here, we drive from Aberfoyle Park to Parkside for take-away. The food generally stays hot, the pizza is warm & the pasta hot when we arrive home with the food & it is a 20-30 minute drive home at the best of times. The garlic bread needs to be eaten on the drive home, nothing unexpected there. Would still ove to see a play area for the children. I feel if there was a safe enclosed area to let the children play video games or a ball pit, then Mondiali would get so much more business, especially at lunch time etc.

I'd say those who have dined here and continue to dine here haven't ventured out to other cafes/restaurants all that much because from the judge of our meals last night, it was pretty average. My meal which was the linguine in bianco was so plain i would describe it as comparable to eating plain boiled pasta. The sauce was so dilute it all sat at the bottom of the pasta bowl and didn't stick to any of the pasta so it was very disappointing. Definitely had much better marinaras/bianco dishes elsewhere for the same price. Not alot of seafood in it either....menu said there was crab in it but i couldn't find any at all. The other meal consumed on our table was also average...... I reckon we've had their pizza's before and they were ok but nothing worth raving about. staff were however friendly and there was nothing to criticise on that front. average dining experience overall.......
