Regattas is a great place to eat! For me I felt the quality of the presentation, uniqueness and taste of the dishes were on par with the most exclusive restaurants in Adelaide but at a far cheaper price! The staff are unbelievably helpful and honestly do try their hardest to accommodate you. For example, there was a set menu and I asked to have my fish grilled (not fried). A small request but I have met difficulty with such requests at other places. When I was served the presentation of this dish was just as lovely as others who ordered the dish fried. If your only in Adelaide for a few days and want a restaurant with views, give Regattas a go!

Delightful outlook, a feeling of space within. Food selection modern and in season, wine list classy but not over the top. Staff where lovely. An alternative to Red O, Jolly's and the Festival centre for interstate and overseas guests.
My favourite breakfast place - a good variety from mixed bread baskets through to full breakfasts and eggs benedict. The service is always attentive and the complimentary biscuits with your coffee are always superb. Beautiful views over the Torrens while you dine.
I returned again for a work breakfast and the meal was consistent with my previous visit. Attentive staff, good food for a reasonable price. Water was served promptly and without asking and even though there was only a single chef in the open kitchen, the meals came out quickly with nice presentation. The complimentary biscuits are a nice touch.
This was my first lunch time visit. As usual the service was friendly and attentive even though there were several large groups there. The lunch main course serves were small for the prices paid and I was glad that I had opted for the Regattas sandwich which was a good size for the price.

Agree with the others that the meals were small and overpriced. As a group were ordered the steak, fish and the pork. The steak was presented well and tasted great, though a little fatty. They were out of mulloway and so were served barra instead. This dish was neither tasty or presented well and frankly we would have been better off going down to one of the fish and chip places in North Adelaide for a quarter of the price. A member of the group order the entree of scallops as a main. He was served 5 scallops to the normal 3 served with the entree but at double the price. Tasted great but had to also order the french fries so he didn't leave hungry. Other than that, service was great and the ambience/location was good. Lucky were we able to use 2 entertainment cards for the 4 of us to reduce the price, otherwise I would have left rather angry.
Fresh pizzas, pastas, ribs & more. Vegan pizzas also avail. Pick up or del. Open Tue-Sun from 4.30pm.
