Food: 3 Ambience: 3 Service: 2 Value: 4Tried Mai Ake after hearing two good reports on the place. Plenty of diners - always a good sign. The restaurant is very noisy, even by modern standards. Good simple food at a good price. Authentic Thai tastes, with spices well balanced. Our meal was spoiled by pretty amateurish service, but don't let that stop you. Wine prices are relatively expensive - recommend BYO (wine only), and bookings probably advisable.
