This is the finest dinning experience I have ever had, if you are reading this and your into your food, you must come here and try this. I have been reading about this restaurant for the last 3-4 years. I now agree with some of the articles I have read, 'This is what I imagine to be the closest thing to El Bulli in Australia." The 10 course omnivore menu, matched with vintage wines, (from 1 of the most amazing wine bibles I have ever seen), was an experience I will never forget. One dish, lamb, eggplant in white miso, pine nut, chlorophyll, was so sensational I was moved to tears. Chef Dan Hunter, is a rock star, long may he live!
