After seeing a review in the local newspaper, checked out other websites for reviews which all were very high.
Went there on a Friday 8 Feb 2008 and have to say could not fault the place. If you want a fine dining experience with a nice feel (is not posh), not crowded this is the place for you. The meals were exquisite, tasting each one kept you pleasant seeking the different taste sensations that each dish provided - lovely presentation. I had the scallops (only 3 but perfection) with salmon for main which was superb - my partner had the venison of which I sampled - so tender and full of flavour. We finished with crepe suzette prepared at our table - equally delicious. The prices are quite high but you would expect that with the quality of the food. Would highly recommend for a special occasion. Oh and love the decor - very clever!
